Mission tidy up!!!

Ooo check me out, i don't post for months and then post twice in one day!
So anyway my mission for the next week (or more!!!!!!) is to sort out our conservatory!
It is meant to be my workroom, but my desk and the floor are buried under all sorts!
Here are some bad pictures . . . . . . .

A friendly parrot lives in the corner!
Some lovely plants that i forgot about! The one on the right is a chilli plant i grew from some seeds!doesnt look to happy does it, but there are a couple of chillis hanging on!!!!

Trusty my little ponies!

My illuminous green dummy!love it!and folders stuffed with scrappy patterns, one day ill neaten them up!
I think these are leftover from my birthday, which was in october!!!!They have got the hungry caterpillar on them!Lots of boxes stuffed full of fabrics and half made bits and pieces!
Good luck me!!!!!!

Overdue We Make London pictures!!!!

Hello!
Its a bit overdue but i thought i would post a couple of pictures of my stand i had at the We Make London christmas craft fair back in december!
It was a really ace day, and there was a great atmosphere as well, so many cute and quirky stalls, and so many talented people.
I amazed myself and didnt go crazy buying everything!Wow!
I did by some fab things off the stall opposite me though! Cool4cats:amazing card kits!
They made great christmas presents, my brother got the Walking terror Robot, and my dad got Feeding Time at the Zoo!

I would love to do the summer fair but im going to be at Glastonbury!Woooooo!

yer. . . . . anyway heres some pics!

I had a couple of antique drawers which i used to display some of the knickers and brooches. I think they worked pretty well and the handles were good to tie my bunting to!
I think it would be great to have a drawer for each size knicker eventually although would probably be a nightmare to haul around!!

Out with the old and in with the new!

Hello!
I thought i would put some recent images up to start a fresh!
I read a post months back on the print and pattern blog about a designer called Michelle Romo who completed a project called 25. She did a project everyday, and had a different theme each month to celebrate her 25th year!
Ace idea, i had a further look into this and found quite a few people doing a drawing a day etc, so i thought id give it a go!
I started it on the 1st January 2009 as my new years resolution!(the only one iv'e ever managed to keep!)
I had a look back through them and here a some that i like!Hope you like them too!

Sorry for the side views! I like using this comic book format!

I was going on a printmaking course next week and was looking forward to having ago, and turning some of these into fabric prints etc, but its been cancelled!Boo!
Never mind though, ive brought a couple of books off amazon so will be trying to teach myself!Uhoh!
I'll post some results up on here soon if they turn out ok!

Alternative Fashion Week 2007 . . . . .

I was lucky enough to be part of Alternative Fashion Week 2007, with a stall selling my knickers and also a slot on the catwalk show!
It was a really ace experience, and where i launched Circe's Knicker Draw.I really hope to try and take part next year too.
These are just a few images of the collection i showcased. It was called 'Nino' and based on the film Amelie.
The garment above is a soft bra with a vintage lace skirt which lots of ties which atatch to the back of the bra!
Some cheeky handcuff knickers, and a couple of the lovely models who braved the cold for me!

This is a slip dress made from lots of bias cut pieces and handbeaded around the edges.
More cheeky knickers!
